Okay, I’m pretty sure that my body fat percentage is hovering around 99.9% right now so I have taken serious measures to start turning that fat into muscle. I was inspired by Linda - if a mom can do it, I can do it! - and I am currently on Day 3 of the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred workout. I haven’t been feeling so hot lately (i.e. stomach aches, nausea, dizziness, etc.) and I hope that this exercise schedule will give my health a swift kick in the tush.
